6月22日消息，有消息人士近日表示，监管部门最近加大了对通信市场经营秩序的整治力度，工信部将叫停非运营商资质的所有个人免费通话服务，市面上涉及的产品包括，钉钉、易信、来电、企业微信、云之家等。 　　6月22日消息，有消息人士近日表示，监管部门最近加大了对通信市场经营秩序的整治力度，工信部将叫停非运营商资质的所有个人免费通话服务，市面上涉及的产品包括，钉钉、易信、来电、企业微信、云之家等。　　消息人士表示，过年前，三大运营商去工信部提交了相关问题的说明，经过几个月的调查和讨论，工信部做出了叫停决定。工信部这次叫停的是企业类社交软件，多以商务电话为名，提供给用户时长不等的免费通话。工信部给的期限是未来10到15天。 　　回顾过去这些年，基于流量的“免费通话”技术和软件各类免费通话软件层出不穷，如易信、钉钉、企业微信等应用都已实现“免费通话”。这一领域最成功的玩家是Skype，也是第一批全球免费的语音通话软件，目前拥有超过3亿的活跃用户。　　在这些应用的影响下，用户的通话时长逐渐减少。以中国移动为例，2011年至2013年，用户MOU(平均每户每月通话时长)分别为525分钟、512分钟、486分钟，而对应的话音收入则分别为3640亿叶卡捷琳娜
